WCE installed an arbor (trellis) cover over our newly tiled patio. Communications with WCE were excellent. They were very responsive and worked with us to customize the installation to our liking. WCE suggested several upgrades to improve the appearance of our arbor including scalloped rafter ends and a corbel to eliminate a supporting post that would have obstructed an otherwise open view of our back yard at no additional expense.

The installation staff were very curteous, diligent, competant and completed the work in two days. The cover over our patio is very attractive - it looks great and we are very pleased and happy with the installation.

I purchased a Louvretec powder-coated aluminum opening roof from them for a major backyard remodel in late 2012. I appreciate that there was no "hard sell" during the sales process. There were cheaper products, but I wanted one where the louvres rotate the full 180 degrees to make them easier to clean and to give me maximum flexibility during summer. I dealt with Max who is very professional and detail oriented. This latter was important as I was pushing the limit on my setback. He also picked up on a measurement error by my designer. His installation crew did a great job. They installed 5 individually-controlled panels because of the size of the area I wanted covered and to give me maximum flexibility. The roof has a rain sensor which automatically shuts all the panels when it rains.

I have already received many complimentary comments from friends who have seen the finished product. We had some very heavy rain in Palo Alto in December and there were no leaks. I have no hesitation in recommending West Coast Exteriors or the Louvretec product.

We got the Patio room done thro WC exteriors. Had a very good interaction with the person Max. He explained the process and was able to provide quotes immediately. He got the required city approvals and got the job done in time. They was flexible and thoroughly professional. I did not compare them to 4 seasons etc, but I would definitely recommend them.

Our cover was done in a couple of days and met all of our expectations. Awesome drawings, and full service helping us through the HOA approval process. We LOVE our Patio!! We had a large 2 color stamped patio, a smaller patio and a walkway all around the house done by West Coast Exteriors. We had several landscaping and concrete companies out to give us estimates and ideas. Max from West Coast Exteriors, was very informative and had many great creative ideas, that fit our needs, and our budget. He was awesome to work with; he returned calls quickly, showed for appointments on time, made as many trips out to the house as we wanted during our decision process, and was extremely patient with our numerous questions. At no point did I feel sales pressure! The crew showed on time and the job was completed 5 days AHEAD of schedule! We are looking forward to having West Coast Exteriors back to install a patio cover when our budget allows us to continue our backyard project.
